We don't add alerts.
We add interpretation.

A licensed clinical team behind continuous, contactless monitoring, so your staff get a clinician's read on every resident.

Quiet clinical intelligence. Settled into every kind of senior home.

What we do

Clinical intelligence for senior care providers, delivered by a licensed clinical team.

SwitzerHealth installs a small, contactless radar sensor in each resident room. It reads heart rate, respiratory rate, and movement 24 hours a day. No camera. No microphone. Nothing the resident has to wear, charge, or remember.

Our clinical team reviews that data and writes a timely clinical intelligence report for your nursing or wellness team. The report is short, calibrated to your workflow, and built around what your team needs to know about each resident right now. The interpretation is what arrives at your community, not the raw feed.

The same delivery model runs across skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, independent living, life plan communities, and home health. One vendor relationship. One clinical team. One reporting cadence, whatever the level of care.

Categories of senior care

Six categories. One clinical layer.

The clinical work is the same in every category. The vocabulary, the buying committee, and the way coverage lands are not. Pick the category that matches what you operate.

01 / Skilled Nursing

Skilled Nursing

For administrators, DONs, and medical directors. Continuous monitoring in every resident room with timely clinical intelligence that supports care planning, care-management documentation, and quality measures.

02 / Assisted Living

Assisted Living

For wellness directors managing rising resident acuity. Contactless monitoring in each apartment, with timely clinical interpretation covered by Medicare for qualifying residents.

Assisted living →

03 / Memory Care

Memory Care

For directors whose residents cannot tolerate wearables or reliably report symptoms. Continuous vitals without a device on the body, interpreted by clinicians who know the population.

04 / Independent Living

Independent Living

For wellness teams whose hardest call is the resident whose decline no one flagged. Quiet, in-apartment monitoring and a timely summary of who needs a closer look right now.

Independent living →

05 / Life Plan Communities

Life Plan Communities (CCRC)

For CEOs whose residents move across IL, AL, memory care, and the skilled wing. One vendor and one clinical team that follow the resident across every level of care.

06 / Home Health

Home Health (Aging in Place)

For home health agencies, ACOs, and families. Contactless monitoring in the resident's own home with the same timely clinical intelligence the rest of the spectrum receives.

How this lands in your community

What your team actually sees.

01

A small sensor in each room

About the size of a smoke detector. Mounted on the wall, plugged into power. Reads heart rate, respiratory rate, and movement continuously. No camera lens, no microphone, nothing on the resident's body.

02

Our clinical team reads the data

Licensed clinicians at Switzer Medical PC review the continuous stream so your staff does not have to. They look for the signals that actually matter for each resident's care plan.

03

Timely report whenever needed

Delivered to your DON, wellness director, or medical director on a regular cadence. Short enough to read. Specific enough to act on. Nothing that asks your staff to absorb a new workflow.

FAQ

Questions we hear most

What does SwitzerHealth do?

We install a contactless radar sensor in each resident room and a licensed clinical team reads the data for you. Your team gets a short clinical intelligence report on a cadence that fits your operation, anywhere from daily to weekly. The community hires no new staff and changes no existing workflows.

Which categories of senior care do you serve?

Six categories: skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, independent living, life plan communities (CCRC), and home health for residents aging in place. The clinical delivery model is the same across categories. Pick the one that matches what you operate from the categories list above.

How is this different from a sensor or alert vendor?

Most sensor vendors hand you a dashboard and an alert stream that no one on a nursing floor has time to read. We pair the monitoring with a licensed clinical team that reviews the data. What you receive is interpretation, not raw signal.

Is there a camera in the room?

No. The radar sensor reads physiological signals such as heart rate and respiratory rate without imaging. There is no video, no audio, and no recording of any image. The device is about the size of a smoke detector and sits unobtrusively in the room.

Do residents have to wear anything?

No. There is no wristband, no pendant, no patch, and nothing the resident has to charge or remember. The sensor sits in the room and reads vitals without contact. The model was built for memory care residents who cannot tolerate wearables, and it works the same way everywhere else.

Who reviews the data?

Licensed clinicians at Switzer Medical PC, a physician-owned clinical entity. They produce the timely clinical intelligence report your team receives.

What states do you serve?
